H2 Hub
Property platform and digital experience
A new digital home for a Lancashire property company, combining live sales and lettings stock with investor tools, service journeys, and a sharper brand experience.
Challenge
H2 Homes had evolved into H2 Hub: a broader business spanning sales, lettings, management, maintenance, and investment. The website needed to make that next chapter feel credible while still doing the practical work of helping people find properties and start conversations.
The site had to serve buyers, tenants, sellers, landlords, and investors without making any one journey feel buried.
Live property stock needed to feel native to the design rather than dropped into a generic agency template.
The new identity had to communicate over 30 years of local experience while showing that the business had moved forward.
Solution
Built an editorial, motion-led interface around the new H2 Hub identity and its expanded property offer.
Connected live Jupix listings to search and filtering by intent, property type, and investor focus.
Created focused routes for services, landlords, sellers, investors, maintenance, valuations, and direct enquiries.
Used testimonials, accreditations, local expertise, and clear contact options to reinforce trust throughout the site.
